30 minutes to dinner.

I must admit, eating healthily never topped my list of priorities. But lately – after falling ill, facing a strange skin disorder and developing a sensitivity to certain kinds of food, I have started looking after my health.

 I found this recipe while watching a travel show that showcased Italian food and it has become a favourite in our household.
